Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the modelion.ai website. Use of the Modelion.AI service is governed by the service agreement you sign; this page does not replace it.
Last updated:
1. Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, you should not use the site.
2. Purpose of the site
This site describes the Modelion.AI product. The information on it is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer. Product scope, pricing and service levels are established only by a written agreement.
The interactive demos on this site are simplified models running in your browser. They aim to represent real gateway behaviour, but they are not a commitment as to production behaviour.
3. Technical figures and example calculations
Latency, capacity and cost figures on this site are values measured under particular conditions or computed with example unit costs. The cost calculator produces an order-of-magnitude estimate, not a quote. For figures that apply to your own traffic, ask our sales team.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and the Modelion brand on this site belong to Mersel and are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party marks and logos shown on this site are used to identify the providers the gateway can route to; they belong to their respective owners and imply no partnership or endorsement.
5. User obligations
When using the site you must:
- Act in accordance with applicable law.
- Not attempt anything that threatens the security or operation of the site.
- Not place excessive load through automated tools, or copy and republish the content without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care over the accuracy and currency of the information on this site, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; changes take effect on the date they are published on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
